Colt Wrestling Club is an all inclusive program that promotes physical activity while learning the sport of wrestling. Our program is best suited for boys and girls in Kindergarten through 6th grade. We practice twice a week from 6:00pm until 7:30pm in the Chartiers Valley High School wrestling rooms. The specific days will vary based on ability and days will be confirmed closer to the start of the season (tentatively practices will be 2 days between Tuesday-Thursday). We will continue to hold a girls only practice 1x a week. The season starts in November and concludes in March.

The youth program competes in the South Hills Youth Wrestling league which consists of 10+ other local schools. Leagues matches are typically scheduled on the weekends throughout the season. (CV does host a number of league events.) A League Tournament will conclude the league season in February. Scheduling of events occur closer to the start of the season and a schedule will be provided to all participants. All participation in these events is optional and there is no additional cost to participate in matches. When participating in events, all athletes are paired with similar age, weight and skill level.

All coaches and board members provide clearances and complete the Safe Sport curricula prior to interacting with any athlete in the club.
